Head to the Range

A visit to the driving range has recently become one of our favourite activities. We’re not very good at it but there is something about smacking a ball with all your might and trying to make it go as far as possible that feels like you’ve accomplished something.

If you’re stressed, in a bad mood, heart broken or feeling frustrated for whatever reason the driving range is probably going to be your best bet to get some of that built up anger or annoyance out.

Golf may not have a great physical benefit (however it is good for your core and stability) but is definitely good for your mental health.

Rain or shine, head down to your local golf course with a friend, have a couple of drinks, and smash out a bucket of balls – if not for the built up anger but just for the fun of it. Trust us. It does wonders!
