smooth smoothies

We’re pretty lucky to live in such a beautiful country with so much fresh fruit and we’ve been making the most of it all summer long. Homemade juices and smoothies are healthy, refreshing and a great way to get your daily dose of vitamins and minerals. A couple of weeks ago, we shared with you our favourite juice cleanses, but not all of us have cold-pressed juicers or an unlimited budget so we wanted to share our best homemade versions.

Everyone enjoys different flavours, so pick the fruits, the ratios and your add-ins (almond milk, sparkling water or Greek yogurt) you like best. The combinations are endless so happy juicing!

Pineapple, kale and banana smoothie. 
Passionfruit, orange and ginger juice. 
Watermelon and mint juice. 
Orange, lemon, ginger and mint juice. 
Cantaloupe, raspberry and spinach smoothie.
