Easy Veggie Stir fry

For something easy, healthy and delicious look no further than this satisfying and quick stir fry.
veggies 1
snow peas
baby bok chui
spring onions
bean sprouts
crushed and chopped garlic pieces
fresh ginger
medium size hokien noodles
veggies 2
1. Chop all the veggies into small bite size pieces
2. In a large fry pan put in a bit of olive oil and throw in the garlic and ginger (cook for 2mins). Add in carrots, beans, snow peas (cook for another 3 mins). Add in the rest of the veggies (cook for a further 4-5mins until cooked through)
3. Add in noodles and stir.
4. Dish up and enjoy!
